PANDOR Privacy
PANDOR is a strategy game on Solana. RHEA, the game's AI, plays your orders for you from our servers. This page covers what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Your wallet address. It is public on Solana. We use it to sign you in and link your planet to you.
- Your game. Your planet, fleet, orders and battle reports. Some of it is stored encrypted on Solana; the rest is public there.
- Game keys. We hold your planet's game keys, encrypted, so RHEA can carry out your orders.
- Sign-in. A session for this device, created when your wallet signs in.
- Discord, only if you link it. Your Discord ID and handle.
- Notifications, only if you allow them. Your phone's notification token, so RHEA can alert you about your planet.
- Usage and crash reports. How you use the app and any errors, linked to your wallet address. You can turn these off in Settings.
- Server logs. IP addresses and requests, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
What we never collect
- Your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Your wallet approves every payment, and its key never leaves your device.
- Location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
- Anything for advertising. PANDOR has no ads and no ad trackers.
Payments
Premium, mining packs and taking ORE out are Solana transactions your wallet signs. A mining pack is held in your wallet's name, and only your wallet can take it out. We keep a record of what you buy, and like every Solana transaction, it is public on-chain too.
Who else sees data
- Solana. Everything on-chain is public, apart from the encrypted parts of your game.
- Our service providers. The companies that host our servers, deliver notifications and store usage reports.
- Discord, only if you link your account.
We do not sell your data.
Keeping and deleting
No one can delete on-chain data. Ask us and we will delete everything we keep about you off-chain. Turning notifications off in Settings removes your notification token. Your planet on Solana stays.
