PANDOR Terms of Use

Effective 30 September 2026 · applies to the PANDOR app and pandor.gg

These terms are an agreement between you and PANDOR ("we"). By using PANDOR you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it. Our Privacy page explains what data we collect.

Who can play

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You may not use PANDOR from a country or region under US sanctions, if you are on a US sanctions list, or where playing PANDOR or buying its packs is against the law.

Your wallet

• You sign in with your own Solana wallet, and you are responsible for it. We never see its key and cannot recover it.
• Solana transactions are final. Purchases are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

RHEA and your planet

• RHEA carries out your orders with game keys we hold for your planet. She also defends it and keeps it running while you're away.
• We work to keep RHEA running, but outages happen. We are not responsible for moves that are delayed or missed because our servers, Solana or another service was down.
• Your planet is recorded on Solana. If PANDOR ever shuts down, it stays there, but RHEA may no longer play it for you.

The game

• Dust, troops, buildings and other in-game items have no cash value, and we don't buy them back.
• Planets get raided and armies are lost to battle and upkeep. That is part of the game, and we don't restore them.
• We may change the game at any time, including its rules, balance, prices, features and worlds.

Premium

• Premium costs the price shown in the app and lasts the period shown. It does not renew on its own.
• What premium includes is listed in the app.

Mining packs

• A mining pack mines ORE for seven days through a third-party mining pool, in your wallet's name. Only your wallet can take the ORE out.
• Part of each pack's price is our fee and part funds the weekly ORE prize; the rest is mined for you.
• Mining spends what goes in. You receive ORE, not your money back. How much you get depends on the pool's results, and ORE's price moves, so what you get can be worth less than you paid.
• A mining pack is not an investment, and we don't promise any return.

The weekly ORE prize

• Premium Commanders who burn the most dust in a week share that week's ORE prize, under the rules shown in the app.
• We may change the rules for future weeks, or end the prize.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you win or mine.

Seeker Genesis

• Seeker Genesis holders get the perks shown in the app, once per Seeker, while the offer lasts.

Fair play

• Don't cheat or exploit bugs. If you find one, tell us at support@pandor.gg.
• Don't play through our servers with your own bots or scripts.
• Don't attack or overload our servers, or try to get into accounts that aren't yours.
• Don't harass other players, in the game or on our Discord.
• Don't use PANDOR to break the law.
• If you do, we may stop RHEA playing for you or block you from our servers. What you hold on Solana stays yours.

Other services

• PANDOR relies on Solana, your wallet and other services we don't control. We are not responsible for their failures, fees or changes.

Open source

• PANDOR's code is open source under the MIT License. These terms don't limit what that licence lets you do with the code.
• These terms cover the PANDOR we run: the app, our servers and pandor.gg.
• The PANDOR and RHEA names and logos are ours. Don't use them for your own version of the game, or to suggest something comes from us.
• If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

No guarantees

• PANDOR is provided as is. It is an early game on a blockchain, and bugs, outages and losses can happen. We don't guarantee that it will always work, or that anything in it will keep its value.

Limits on our liability

• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim.

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know. Using PANDOR after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Delaware.
